Yom Kippur began last night at sunset. It is a fasting time in some cultures. I have been reading about this Holiday. It is very ancient. I am fasting. I am reflecting and making amends. A Holiday all of us can benefit from. A Day of Atonement.
Dear Sprite, I send forth the transformation beauty of butterfly. Sometimes all a person needs to do is change the way they think. I know life can be full of toil. Maybe a few minutes with a butterfly or a flower and people would find peace. There are many flowers and birds and butterflies in the garden. All are beautiful. I like the idea of having a day each year for self reflection. A day to see where each of us is in the cycles of birth and rebirth. A day to begin to change, to make the amend our lives may need. Beauty surrounds all of us. Nameste, ~Q~
