My husband and I sat outside
on the deck after supper.

The White-throated Sparrow likes these leaves on the side patio.
I just might leave them for another week.
The Purple Finches have mated.on the deck after supper.

The White-throated Sparrow likes these leaves on the side patio.

The Cardinals have all paired up too.
Mockingbird has a mate.
He sings and sings and sings!
The morning chorus is divine as is the evening serenade.

Greetings Q,
ReplyDeleteYou have a nice blog here - I'm glad I found it.
Mockingbird here has a particulary amusing look.
Isn't it fun to be able to comfortably sit outside. I just love it when it is like this.
ReplyDeleteSo much bird song and happiness these days! Welcome, welcome spring!
ReplyDeleteWhat lovely photographs Sherry. The last bird looks as though he could almost speak to you.
ReplyDeleteMr Practical and I had supper outside last night. It was the first time this year. It was so enjoyable.
Today it is cold damp and misty.
Oh to be in England now that spring is here!!!
Isn't it fun to see the birds in "pairs"!
