Dear Cheryl, It is fun! I am right in the middle so things are a mess! I shpould have the house ready by bedtime. My Grandmother's old magazines are so pretty. I have often thought I could do a post once a week showcasing different articles and ads. Maybe next year I will do Magazine Fridays! LOL Back to work. Sherry

This May has been the best I remember. The temps have been cool and there was enough rain I dind't have to water much. Now we will be lurching into summer. Ugh...hot temps and lots of watering no doubt. Love the old magazines.
Dear Gisela, I have a small collection of old magazines from my Grandmother. I do enjoy them. Doing a magazine once a week could be very fun. I would love to share some of the articles and ads. The Blue Jays are very handsome birds. They only come to the feeders for peanuts. If I put nuts out on the tray feeder the Jays do not come to the deck. Sometimes I like to see them upclose. Sherry
Dear Lisa, It has been a most perfect May here too. I love cool, wet springs! Lots of weeding now to get to. Let's just hope we have a nice wet summer too. I do not like to water! The old magazines are fun. Sherry
Dear Laurie, The old magazines are delightful. The ads are fun too. I bring out the next month and look through. Maybe once I get all caught up on Almanac I can figure out a way to share the magazines. They are too big for my scanner... I will see if I can photograph some of the pages. Maybe this winter...weeds are calling. Always projects to look forward to. Sherry
