Gosh Sherry....back to school already......the children here have another two weeks at home....
I love the daddy longlegs photograph, and the berries are beautiful......autumn is moving ever closer.....she is slowly taking over from summer.....I look forward to the changes....
Neat longlegs! The berries are beautiful but hoped fall wouldn't come so quickly. I missed spring - amazing how I survived our extraordinarily long and harsh winter, then collapsed with pneumonia until the beginning of summer. Somehow, I feel like I missed more than that!
Dear Cheryl, I think the kids went back to school last week! I see the parents with the little ones at the bus stop now. I remember when my children were little... I did a series of the Daddy Longlegs on Walking In Beauty too. Lots of changes now and they seem to be happening rather quickly! I too enjoy the beginning of Autumn. I am harvesting lots of seed. Soon I will get my sweaters out. Sherry
Dear Sue, You did miss Spring with being so very sick! Plus I think your Winter lasted way too long!! Perhaps Autumn will be long and the cooler temperatures will be nice for walks. I think of you often. I just have not been visiting very much. I think the bugs keep me busy! Sherry
Dear Saucy, Oh dear...I will give the spider warning at the beginning of spider posts. I am a friend of them.... I have a few in the gardens that I visit. Sherry
Dear Mary, One of these days the schools will be in session year round. I try and keep an eye out for the little ones, just in case a parent is not at the bus stop the kids know I am home. Sherry
