October's New Moon
is named for the Monarch Butterfly.
There are still a few lingering in my backyard.is named for the Monarch Butterfly.
They will be gone soon.
and learning how to better communicate with the
nature spirits.

I have been creating.
I have been having fun.

Happy New Monarch Moon to you Sherry. Somehow I knew this moon was going to be a Monarch one. Maybe because the last one was a caterpillar moon?
ReplyDeleteDo you read palms? I do. I find that I need to touch the person's hand - to feel their energy, as well as looking at the lines.
You learn a lot about yourself and others this way.
In my humble opinion, you don't need to learn much more to communicate with nature spirits. I think they come to you!

ReplyDeleteI do have relationships with the elementals and the spirits of the trees and the blooms and the bugs and the birds...some critters...
Still there is much to learn. I think they all know how much I love them. It is a good place to start. I was sitting outside today with the bees and one stung me! I was not doing anything either, just reading. It did not hurt too bad. I just hope it did not hurt her. I think it did. I was sad for the bee. There is a treatment for arthritis that involves bee stings. Terrible on the bees.
Years ago I read palms. Now I just hold hands.

Isn't that strange - you and somebody else (naturewitch, I think) getting stung by a bee. Naturewitch was helping them and you were just being.
ReplyDeleteThat brings to memory of a time when I was a little girl. I saw a baby bee struggling in a spider web. I instinctively put my hand in the web to help the bee. At the same time I knew he'd sting me, but I hoped he wouldn't. He did. I was so disappointed, but sad for the bee as I knew he wouldn't survive.

ReplyDeleteI am so sad for Naturewitch and the bee. We mean no harm. I know right now it is cool out and the bees are seeking sweet and warmth. I think my sleeve was just to tempting of a spot. Once bee flew in I tried to help her get out but she was scared.
Thank you for telling me about when you were little. This story fills my heart with bee love!
