I agree with you too. It is too darned hot to be outside. I just came in from watering the pots. Everything looks droopy outside. Your shots of the mantis are good.
What an amazing creature that is, we have nothing like it here. We have had beautiful weather today but nothing like your temperature, that would be too much for me :)
