I love all the Y's today. Yoga, yoghurt, yarn, and all the rest. I hope you are enjoying your Y's too. How is the spinning? Are you still enjoying your group, or have they stopped for the summer? It's raining again here. We've had the rainiest summer so far - but, nature must be in balance, so hopefully the sun will soon shine. Love & Light
Great Ys, I can't get over the Yellow-Shafted Flicker, what an incredible bird, I have never seen anything like it! It looks like it has tadpoles all over it! You really do have the most exotic creatures there as the butterfly on your previous post proves.
Excellent choices, Sherry! I think you have the recipe here for a healthy life--yogurt, yoga, and enjoying nature are all good ways of refreshing body and spirit. I took a knitting class this spring; I'm not very good at it, but find it a relaxing pastime.
Nice photos of "Y"........

ReplyDeleteSo many of my favorite things here Sherry. DB and I were married in Yosemite and of course my favorite bird of all time yellow-shafted Flicker.
