Just marvelous Sherry. I just love seeing those jacks especially on a gloomy ole day like today. I can remember play jacks on the front porch when it was rainy. Fun memories.
Great pictures. What a full representation of the letter J. Isn't it great to have one thing to search for, and to see just how often it is in the things that surround us? It makes us more in tune with the world around us.
What a great J post and great photos as well. The Jewel Wing is gorgeous with the delicate shadow. I love the jacks, they brought back memories; and you captured a reflection in them also, an extra bonus. Loved the rhyme...and the joy...
What a lot of joyous J's, Sherry! The page from the children's book is so cute, but my favorite is the first photo. Is that a hummingbird moth? I've never seen anything with such bright wings before--gorgeous!
A jellyfish - the first one besides mine! And you had so many other goodies too. Thank you for sharing.

A very sweet verse at the end too.

I loved the poem at the end, but am wondering what on earth are Jacks and what do you use them for?
