Loved the mantis in the moon photo! The butterfly bench there is a guy here in Durham that makes those benches I wonder if it is one of his? Meg's school has that exact bench.
What a lovely post, Sherry! I knew you would have a wonderful time with your visitors; they are such special people and a joy to know. It's amazing how blogging can bring such kindred spirits together.
Wonderful pictures! To sum up in a sentence, I found your post to be quite poignant in my current situation. Over the past few years, my mom has given me a few fruit trees, which will serve to be a sweet memory of her. Your post highlights how much family and friendship are treasures.
Dear Sherry, I have just walked through the door. I did not sleep on the plane despite the comfortable seating. I had so many thoughts running through my mind. I shared such beautiful moments with you. Treasured memories for sure. Having table time with you was wonderful....your food delicious.......
A beautiful post, the photography stunning....I miss the hummers and monarchs. I miss you most.
What absolutely fabulous photography! I love your first few pics - how did you do that? Such a poignant post. I'm glad you and your guests had such a good time. Hugs
