The Cabbage White Butterflies were enjoying the blooms.
I decided to wait until later to snip the stems.
I have other things to do in the gardens.
The Feverfew is blooming.

Hi Sherry, I grow feverfew and chammomile, too - they are such happy flowers, aren't they? I once gave a bouquet of chammomile to a friend, and she laughed and called it "the gift that keeps on giving!" It's so true, but I think that's a good thing. Will it grow for you all summer, or does it poop out in the heat? I remember those hot, hot summers in Kansas - I miss the early springs, but not the heat of August!
Dear Laura, They are happy flowers. The feverfew is just coming into bloom and the camolmile is just finishing up. Camomile does keep coming back which I love! It will "poop" out once it gets hot. Today it is suppose to be 90 degrees...hot in my book. I think I cut enough camomile for my winter use. We had storms last night...wild winds and 2.6 inches of rain...lightening and tornado watches..our weather is ever changing and often wild. Sherry
Dear Lynne, I do dry my Camomile for tea! I would love to pour you a cup and send home a start for your gardens. I think everyone has a herb. One herb that is their favorite. I think once a person knows their herb that herb can help keep them well. Mine herb is Lavender. Maybe yours is Chamomile. It is a very lovely herb. All this herb stuff has made me want to do a blog just on herbs! Maybe next year... The feverfew is a wonderful herb for ladies. Sherry, a herb lady
Dear Cheryl, Thank you. I was very, very pleased with the pictures of the flying Cabbage Whites in the Camomile. I just love these pictures. I keep going back to them. I was able to get a nice basket of camomile from all that is growing on my garden paths. With the temps heating up this afternoon my camomile will wilt and be gone. I just might scamper out and cut the rest. I can process this afternoon inside! Sherry

Do you dry it for tea?
Pour me a cup!
It's my favorite kind!
I love the feverfew, and with dancing butterflies it is so perfect.
