Go Fly A Kite!

The wind was perfect,
a south-easterly breeze, 12-15 mph with gusts up to 18 mph.

We took our four kites out
for their first flight of the season.

The temperature warmed to 58 degrees.

We fly the classic diamond kites.

We flew our kites for two hours.

Time flew by.

Back home I watched as the crocus opened.
I watched a sweet Honey Bee gather pollen.
Kites, blooms and bees are the best!

Sherry,
That is the best crocus photo I have ever seen, wonderful! Sounds like fun flying those kits too!

The first beee of the season. You lucky lady. Bees and kites all in one day. How can you stand it?? I bet your feet haven't touched the ground yet.
