Natural Habitat

The wind died down so I went out to take photos of the birds in the trees and bushes. I tried different settings on the camera.
Would the camera see the branch or the bird?
I was experimenting, learning about depth of field.
Tea Kettle flew up onto the deck and posed. I had wanted birds on branches but I could not resist his cuteness! I kept backing up as I was too close.

    Thanks Deb,
    I was so tickled by the birds. Getting photos now when the branches are bare should be easy. I am having all sorts of trouble getting the camera to see the bird and not a branch!
    The Carolina Wren is so very cute. I am in love with him! Sweet face, sweet song, sweet personality.
