Happy Day

Red Bellied was lower in the tree.


Such a pretty bird.
Today reminded me of the fun of Spring.

    Hi Sprite,
    Yes, this is a male Red Bellied Woodpecker. It is about 9 inches long, about the size of a small Robin. The female has a gray crown.
    I always get excited whenever I see them.
    Bug eaters and so pretty with their zebra stiped back.
    These are Woodpecker days!
