  2. Dear Lisa,
Thank you. I hope you and yours also have a blessed Thanksgiving.
My husband and I are going to a wild life reserve for the day. We will leave early and come back late. I hope our Thanksgiving meal is breakfast on the road.
The music this week is a song called, "Thanksgiving" by George Winston.
I did not include Madeline or Hannah in today's slide show even though I am very grateful for them.
    I thought I showed restaint!
    Thank you for your friendship.
    Namaste,

  4. Sherry, what a delightful way to start my morning! I love all the bird photos; I may not be able to take good pictures of them myself, but I always know I can come here and find the most beautiful collection of them. The photos of the squirrel and then the bird by the cornucopia are unique and so cute.

    Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

  10. Dear Rose,
I decorate the deck and the porch each month as well as the inside of the house. This year I did cornucopias outside. I had to fill a few with treats!
The mixed nuts go over very well with the Squirrels and the Jays.
I am hoping to get around to all my friends before Thanksgiving...
    Have a blessed day.
I am so grateful for your friendship.
    Namaste,
    Sherry

  12. Dear Marnie,
I have another Windham Hill Thanksgiving cd too. I used "We Gather Together" last year off of it. Now whenever I hear that song I think of Thanksgiving 2007!
    Hope you enjoy your Thanksgiving.
    Namaste,
    Sherry

  13. Dear Cheryl,
It does seem strange to celebrate "food" but it is the American tradition!
I do like having a time set aside to remember to be grateful. I always think if the attitude of gratitude could only be every month what a lovely world this would be.
I am grateful for the bees and the butterflies, for the birds and the four legged...I also am grateful for you and our friendship.
    Namaste,
    Sherry

  14. Dear Grammy,
Thank you. It is really great to have an unexpected career!
I find while I am outside with the birds I actually am telling them about the cards and how they could be chosen to "speak" words of love.
I know the birds understand everything I am saying!
I do love taking the photographs of the backyard birds and bugs. I hope the cards speak to those who receive them.
    Namaste,
    Sherry
