I enjoyed my visit, Sherry. You've inspired me to put together a Texas trip. I haven't visited since the early 1960's. I spent a lot of time there, as a child. My father and grandparents were Texans and very proud of it.

The Myscelia species of butterflies are so cute and surprising. They really look like dead leaves on the underside, then they open up and are amazing! Sounds like you had a great adventure.
I've been catching up with your vacation photos Sherry. They are wonderful, as all your photos are. I am in love with the alpacas, and the Javelina. I hadn't heard of or seen a javelina before. How cute is that! The Inn at Chachala looks excellent. Those pillows on the bed are great.. Happy Valentines Day, and have a great weekend. hugs xx
