There is an instrument known as a wind harp. I was charmed by one in Taos, New Mexico, a few years ago. When the wind blew it sang!
That song stayed in my mind and I longed for a Wind Harp of my own.
Last September we ordered one from the acoustic sculptor and we installed her in our back yard. http://www.soundscapesinternational.com/
