With so many people in the Butterfly Conservatory I was not able to get as close to the butterflies as I would have liked. Some butterflies were landing on visitors. Powell Gardens is having a day for photograghers with tripods. I shall go.
They are beautiful.
The Festival continues through August 25, 2006.We were able to take 280 photos. I have work to do. Many will be printed and framed. I loved the dragonflies and the Hummingbird Moths.
I have ideas for our Hummingbird and Butterfly gardens. Food for bugs, food for birds, food for the spirit.
