Dear Barbara,
You are welcome. I do like making these slide shows.
Glad you are back all safe and sound from your Holiday. Looking forward to pictures. Your roses are fantastic! Their fragrance came all the way from your gardens, across the ocean over the mountains through the internet into my office. Incredible, such magic!
Wow!

Dearest Sherry,

Oh, I am so WOWED by your beautiful and calming slide show today. The music is exquisite.

Your photographic art is so very beautiful. You constantly surpass yourself, with your ability to bring beautiful photo art together with soothing sounds.

Awwww, the little fluffy cardinal (I think it was) just took my breath away, and I know there is more, but I'll have to watch it again. I adore your photos.

I look so forward to your slide shows, and will love to see what you do next!

This is awesome girlfriend, you amaze and delight so many with your abilities.

Love,

Slide show Friday is the best kind of place! Love the music in this one, too! So nicely done! Wooohoooo!

Dear Sprite,
I must admit I do like this one, lots. The music, The Shadow of Your Smile" is very special to me. My husband played it on his guitar when we were daters. It is "our song".
The photos from last week were all about shadows.
The Monarchs are still about but fewer in number. They will be gone before too long.
The birds are once again getting used to me being on the deck. I expect slide shows will have more and more birds in them as we move into the middle of Autumn and on into Winter.
I hope this one was not too long.
Earl Klugh is the acoustic guitarist. I think his style is very similiar to my husband's. I would love to have a recording of my husband's rendition. I think my kids would like that too!
Thank you for all the compliments.
It means so much to me that you enjoy my photos.
Love,
Sherry

Dear Sue,
I feel as if you are my mentor!
I did sort of take to the slide show format. Of all the different things I do with photos slide shows are my favorite. I could do an entire blog of just slide shows.
I have lots of photos!!!
Glad you enjoyed this one.

Dear Cathy,
It would take a very long time to download on dial up. You can have a slide show Saturday. Hope you enjoy it.

Dear Mary,
All week I have been working on photos with shadows. I thought this would be a relaxing and yet uplifting presentation of the weeks photos. I really do like making the slide shows. I have ideas, now I need Mother Nature to present the cast of characters. She might have ideas of her own and just want me to snap the picture. We will see.
You are so kind.

Dear Nita,
Thank you. I hope it was fun for you. Using an old standard for the piece was a bit different. "Shadow of your Smile" was from movie,
The Sandpiper.
A great old movie.

Dear Guild Rez,
Life in my backyard: birds, butterflies, flowers, bugs and shadows..
Today it is the wind and the rain so I get to go visit all of the journals I enjoy, like yours.
I recieve so much pleasure from creating the slide shows. I play them over and over. LOL!

Dear Linda,
Having a rainy day is very nice for me. I can relax and go visiting. Soon I will want to take rain photos. It is just pouring and already today we have almost 3 inches of rain. Flooding here and there in the city. I live at the top of a hill so I am not concerned about my house and gardens.
One of our city's projects is encouraging people to plant rain gardens. We have so much run off and rain gardens are to help with all the flash flooding.

Yes Dear Sherry, the farther back I look, the more change I too can see in myself.

And... I like you just the way you are, also.

Many hugs,
Mari-Nanci

Dear Mari-Nanci,
Finding that place of ease inside of myself has been such a gift. The calm, still small voice speaks for the body and the soul.
The Carolina Wren taught me last winter to be who I am.
Many hugs,
Sherry

Dear Mary,
I also come and listen and watch slide shows a few times. I find them more entertaining than the nightly news!
Once I make one I can play them full screen. I get ideas on slide shows for the future.
Nite-nite....
On butterfly wings,
Sherry
