Dear friends,
This musical piece is, "Exotic America" by Andy Robinson. Robinson plays the mountain dulcimer and the vocals along with Suzie Reed.
It is exotic in my backyard!
Happy Fourth of July!
May freedom ring for all of Mother Nature's creatures; the birds and the bees, the butterflies and the trees and her people.
Namaste,
Sherry

Sherry, these pictures and music could also be titled America the Beautiful.

I hope you are having a great 4th.

Happy Fourth of July! This might be one of my favorite vids but I cannot decide for sure! The music is uplifting and the photo combo is impeccable. Cloudy here today with T-storms in the forecast. Enjoy your day and thank you for adding joy to Fridays!

Dear Sherry....thank you for the exquisite photographs, the beautiful bees....and your butterflys, what can I say, they are for me beyond words.
I loved the music, so would my son.

The creatures are free in our gardens Sherry, we welcome them with open arms......

I hope you had a wonderful 4th July.....

Dear Lisa,
I wanted to do a little "different" this year for July Fourth! My husband found this cd in our collection and it just spoke to me. We are somewhat apolitical around here...we vote...we try and represent the birds and the bugs and the trees...
Freedom!
Namaste,
Sherry

Dear Sue,
You are so welcome! I often wonder if Slideshow Fridays have become boring...Glad you enjoy them. I will keep on doing them.
I like traditional ways with a bit of a twist...
Happy Fourth..Mother's light show is always the best.

Dear Deb,
Thank you. My husband and I went hiking on the 4th. We saw these fantastic Damselflies, Ebony Jewelwings. I am so smitten that now I am dreaming about them...
I still love the bees and the butterflies... the these Damsels are just exquisite.
I am catching up today. Hope to pour another cup od coffee and come visiting soon.

Dear Cheryl,
Thank you. Putting together the slide show every week is very fun.
I love the way the birds and the butterflies migrate; they know no borders.
Freedom to grow and be the best we can be...freedom from pesticides and poisons. Ahhh...
Always on a mission.

I love it! Those brightly coloured birds, butterflies and flowers all blended together superbly. The bees were so engrossed in their pollen-gathering activities. My favourite was the bee sitting atop the coneflower.
Enjoyed the music as well - very fitting. Happy 4th to you, my American Friend!
