Green Spring Cleaning

It is President's Day.
First day of my spring cleaning.

Tulips are just beginning to show as are the crocuses and daffodils.

Spring is a month away.
I want to be ready!

A robin sings from the roof top.

It is sunny and cold.

I gathered my cleaning supplies.

It is time to wash windows

and scrub the cabinets.

Soon the bees will wake up.

I will want to be outside when they do.

By I starting today I just might be finished when the tulips bloom!

Happy Spring cleaning!

Something about Magic + Soap. Does it make the dirt magically disappear? tee hee... You are so full of energy. I hope I come home from vacation with that verve.

I want to find some of the castile soap. I use ONLY green products! They are better for so many reasons...but I must say they are easier on your skin and no bad odors to breathe! Happy cleaning! I just made a HUGE mess with some fur fabric in my hobby room so cleaning is my next 'creative' project! lol

Way back when I used to backpack I always took Dr. Bronner's soap with me. You can use it for everything - dishes, clothes, hair, body, teeth... One, lightweight item that has multiple uses is the way to go when packing for the trail.

Hi Sherry,
I just had 3 days to start my cleaning, but time kept getting away from my while blogging. I had great fun doing my "indoor" gardening.

I'm glad you are so motivated. Maybe some of that will rub off onto me.

Spring cleaning!!
Great idea..
I love your environmental and sensitive choice of cleaning products:)
I am not sure about the loofah sponge?
(a.k.a luffa, loofa, loofah, loofash or loufa)
I am using the loofah sponge in the shower or bath tub to remove dead skin cells.
Anyway..
Happy President's Day.
-Cheers.

Love those little tulips peeking up from the Earth. "It's time!" they call to one another.
Spring cleaning is in the air. I agree - let's get it done now before the nice weather!
I'm glad you are back from your vacation, happy and full of energy.
Namaste
