As it's also for Jan ;) I had to make sure I commented!

Lovely creative Js Sherry! I can almost smell the Jasmine and of course I love the butterfly and the Jewel Wing.

A very sweet verse at the end too.

I loved the poem at the end, but am wondering what on earth are Jacks and what do you use them for?

Just marvelous Sherry. I just love seeing those jacks especially on a gloomy ole day like today. I can remember play jacks on the front porch when it was rainy. Fun memories.

Great pictures. What a full representation of the letter J. Isn't it great to have one thing to search for, and to see just how often it is in the things that surround us? It makes us more in tune with the world around us.

Ah, how clever and cute your post is. I love all the macro photos. They are stunning.

I like the photo of the little animal and of course, the poem at the end is adorable and charming.

Great, great, great post. I love it.

What a great J post and great photos as well. The Jewel Wing is gorgeous with the delicate shadow. I love the jacks, they brought back memories; and you captured a reflection in them also, an extra bonus. Loved the rhyme...and the joy...

I have only recently heard of the javelina. I did not know we had a pecary relative so far up north.

What a lot of joyous J's, Sherry! The page from the children's book is so cute, but my favorite is the first photo. Is that a hummingbird moth? I've never seen anything with such bright wings before--gorgeous!

Another great set. I like the jacks best because they look more significant at that size, I suppose.

A great series of "J"s. The Jewel Wing is cool, but my favorite is the clearwing moth. Very sly sneaking it in with the Jasmine. :-)
