Sherry, you always manage to come up with such creative ideas! The kite, katydid, and kestrel didn't surprise me, but all the others did. Yoga for knitters--now that's an interesting concept! I have trouble doing either one very well, so I can't imagine doing both at the same time--but maybe that's not what the book is about:) Someone else posted a katydid today, too; did you know their ears are on their "knees"?!
There was I thinking it was going to be all sweetness and light as I started with kites, but you managed to ratch up the spookiness count as I journed through your page. Great post.
Your posts are always brilliant - energetic and well done! A pleasure, each time. I loved this one particularly as it circled from light to spooky and back to kindred.
love your salute to the letter....k. we would love to have a beautiful kestrel living near us. we just released a katydid from our terrarium and she has been hanging out on the porch. love that you included a kaleidoscope...it is beautiful.
A lovely selection as always Sherry, you always come up with something creative and unusual. I love the name Katydid! Lovely photo of the Kestrel also.
So sorry I missed your latest safari, there were some beautiful photos there too, the Bright-eye Cosmos is gorgeous :)
That "knock at the door" looks positively intreguing! Will have to google it and see what the story is all about! Loved your kittycat best. Pumpkin time is around the corner! Lots of good "K's" here. Hugs
Dear Sherry.....the last photograph is just so magical....I understand......some animals are special, we connect with them in a way we can never quite explain....
I love this post, so varied and stimulating....and who did kill Cock Robin??

Happy K Wednesday to you Sherry. I can see that the spooky time of the year is about to emerge in your household. Cheers.
Great K shots.....I hardly ever think to publish more than one photo at at time....you did a wonderful job of it.
As usual, I had to rush through the whole post, to see what was there, then go back and savour each picture!!! I think the Kitty is my favourite!
