Squaw Creek

We arrived early.
The fog was rising off the marsh.

We stayed until mid-day.

I am learning landscape photography.

This landscape is photogenic.

It is filled with wonder.

Dear Lisa,
The landscape here is lovely, it would be hard NOT to get good photos!
I do want to keep working on landscapes. I would like to visit all sorts of beautiful places and have the confidence I could take quality photos.

I think you could photograph a landfill with beautiful results.

They are all beautiful shots.

Sounds like you had a wonderful time.

Thank you.

Your photos are all wonderful, you are a natural born photographer i think :-) I love the water shots, with the reflections.

Dear Mary,
LOL! I could try that! I know where one is not too far from my house. Could be the Crows are hanging out there. I need some Crow photos.

Dear Sprite,
Beautiful landscape at Squaw Creek.
We are going to Swan Lake, a National Reserve, for Thanksgiving. I would like to pack tomato sandwiches and sweet potao pie for our lunch. It is about a two hour drive from my house. It also looks to be a beautiful landscape.
I like the idea of landscape, birds and bugs!
Maybe we will see wild turkeys!

Dear Chris,
Thank you. I do "see" lots. Getting the camera to see it too is the challange.
Reflections in water always facinate me. I become hypnotized.

Yes, your landscapes are already lovely--you have the eye--something that others will never learn.

Dear Nina,
I had thought I would take some photography classes. My son-not-in-law advised me not to. He thought if I would just keep learning my camera I would be fine. There are limitations of this camera. The lens do make a big difference. Having a beautiful landscape to photograph helps!
Portraits are another type of photography I would like to learn.
