on the Harvest Moon.
We laughed, we cried,
we shared life stories.
We were cut from the same cloth.
We talk with the bugs, the plants and birds.
We listen to the wind.

Sherry,
Loved the mantis in the moon photo! The butterfly bench there is a guy here in Durham that makes those benches I wonder if it is one of his? Meg's school has that exact bench.
Happy Harvest Moon.
What a lovely visit you had with your friends ♥
We watched Anne of Green Gables tonight! I love the idea of kindred spirits! Lovely post and photos! ♥
As you know I too was able to meet your cherished friends. What a blessing to us both.
What a lovely post, Sherry! I knew you would have a wonderful time with your visitors; they are such special people and a joy to know. It's amazing how blogging can bring such kindred spirits together.
It sounds like you had wonderful time together and a wonderful celebration of Autumns arrival. Sweet memories made.
Wonderful pictures!
To sum up in a sentence, I found your post to be quite poignant in my current situation. Over the past few years, my mom has given me a few fruit trees, which will serve to be a sweet memory of her. Your post highlights how much family and friendship are treasures.
Dear Sherry, I have just walked through the door. I did not sleep on the plane despite the comfortable seating. I had so many thoughts running through my mind.
I shared such beautiful moments with you. Treasured memories for sure. Having table time with you was wonderful....your food delicious.......
A beautiful post, the photography stunning....I miss the hummers and monarchs. I miss you most.
What absolutely fabulous photography! I love your first few pics - how did you do that? Such a poignant post. I'm glad you and your guests had such a good time.
Hugs
