The full Pink Moon will rise tonight.
It is cloudy at my house.
I may not see her.
It is cloudy at my house.
I may not see her.
Cloudy days give a soft light to the landscape.
The Brown Thrasher returned yesterday.
He will call a mate in.
They will nest and raise their young.
There is a Rooster near the walking trail my
husband and I walk on in the evenings.
I admired the blue flowers in the woods
today when I went walking.
I wonder if they are blue bells?

It looks like the bunnies can sense and appreciate the coming of the full moon.
It's going to be cloudy here too. But its presence can truly be felt.
Dear Bernie,
I respond to the moon too.
It is Eastertide.
May you know the joy of the season.
Namaste,
Sherry
My dear friend, I love nature too. Don't forget to visit my blog. you and all of your friends are invited. I really appreciate your support. Thanks...
It is pouring rain here this evening Sherry. Your photos look so feastive. I love the rooster. He looks so handsome, as does the Thrasher.
Beautiful photos...the blue flowers look like scilla to me!
best wishes,
Nan
Hello Sherry,
I agree with Nan, the blue flowers look like Scilla.
I am upstairs in my 'office' it is almost midnight, and between the cloudy seas, the pink moon is tossed like a ghostly galleon.(Apologies to The Highwayman!)
It is one of those nights where the moon illuminates the earth, and shines through the clouds, so she looks as though she is draped with tulle.
I do hope you can see her..
hugs
xx
Just beautiful
Sherry,
I wish I could see her tonite as well. My mind is restless; probably because the moon is full!
I need some direction in my life right now, because the season is changing. I go through this every six months.
Life is funny...
Dear Sherry.....it is cloudy here and rain is expected overnight, so I shall not see the moon, sadly....
I love the rabbits under the light......such a pretty scene.....
I love the Thrasher.....is he related to the thrush? I am not familiar with this lovely bird......
The pretty blue flowers are certainly not like our native bluebells. Would it be Scilla....we have white ones here, that look the same......
Have a happy and peaceful Easter.....love the rooster by the way.....
Unfortunately, I did not see our full moon either. Too cloudy. I love your little spring bunnies under the soft light - what a delightful scene!
The little blue flowers look so sweet. I don't know what they are, either. Some have mentioned scilla. I'll look that up on the net. I have some of those in my garden, but they haven't come up yet.

Sherry,
Happy Full Pink Moon Girlfriend! I've been thinking of you today...
Much love,
*sprite
PS~ I love the song "Pink Moon," by Nick Drake!
Quite the handsom rooster friend you have found there. I love the blue of those flowers, its such a heartwarming color in the spring.
I think the blue flowers are Scilla siberica - I have them in my garden, and also the white ones, Scilla siberica alba.
More lovely photos!! I am amused by the rabbits, and that wonderful lamp!!
I got to see the full moon shortly before it set Friday morning, on my way in to church. Considering how many full moons we get in a year, I wonder that each one is so eagerly awaited. But I am not going to stop waiting...
Happy Easter to all!
