We aren't seeing many butterflies here now. An occasional skipper but everyone else must have given up for the summer. I really like that third shot of the butterflies. It shows the size distinction of the species. Soup, aaahhh yes, I love this time of year.
I went out tonight to look at the full moon and was not disappointed. It was cold, but clear, so I could see her well. I have a new cat and he followed after me, down the street.
Can't believe it's cold once more, with soups and pumpkins and magical brews. Our butterflies have long gone, but yours are lovely. I especially like the first one.

Never seen a black butterfly before. Great shots!!
Soup time??
Love pumpkin soup a lot and collect recipes as well.
Great shots as always,
Gisela.

Sherry,
Lovely photos as usual. Your male sulphur has a narrower dark band on the forewing than the Orange Sulphur. So it is a Clouded Sulphur!
We got up this morning and took photos of the moon over the mountains...amazing! I showed your photo to my hubby...very beautiful! ♥

Yes - it's soup and stew time for me, too. I love the smell of soup simmering on the stove. Incredible end of fall photos.
