Hello Q. Ha! I can see this one and it is a winner as always. Thank you for your comments on my blog, I think I know where I have been going wrong with my lavender - leaving it too late! :-)
Hi Chris, The trials of blogging! Oh well! Glad you have an idea of why your lavender was just going to dust! I do find that it is either lovely in the garden or lovely for drying. If I am careful I can do both. I can dry some and leave some to bloom out and go to seed. Each year the gardens are different too. We keep learning. Sweet smells! ~Q~
Dear Deb, The morning was so lovely! The colors were soft. It just looked like a painting done in watercolors! I tried so many times to get the photos to post! My husband suggested I try just the one. My friend had done some watercolor paintings and I did want to share those too! The way the branches of trees looked against the sky did look like lace! The winter landscape is beautiful. We may have early spring but without leaves on the trees it still looks like winter. ~Q~

Lovely photograph - reminds me of a piece of lace.
