Dear Sheila, I like to see butterflies on the flowers. It just tells me all is well. I also like to see birds on the flowers and bees. This afternoon, when the rains stopped, lots of butterflies came out. They were hungry, three days of rain meant no food for them. I saw eleven different varieties in two hours! Good bug hunting! Dear Mary, My list of different species is growing. I started a life list too. Like the birds it is so fun to learn their names and their habitat. As I redo my gardens I am adding what the different butterflies in my area like. I would like to create a realy nice butterfly and bird sanctuary. From everything I am reading it is a rather "wild" place. I like the idea of an urban wild garden, no stress! Sherry

Ah, all is right with the world. Something about birds and butterflies - they make our everyday stress drain away.
