A few years ago I asked my family if there was a food that said, "Thanksgiving" to them. My husband said, "Cinnamon rolls!" I baked them only for Christmas and Easter. A Thanksgiving Day tradition was born. On pie day I also bake cinnamon rolls. I use my Grandmother's crock bowl to mix in. Her flour sack towel to cover for rising.
He likes the whole wheat rolls with raisins. My recipe makes 28 rolls.
The roses are opening this morning. The house smells divine!
