New Green Moon

The New Green Moon
is today,
the 16th hour and 27th minute CDT.

The landscape shimmers in all shades of green.

The trees are dressed for summer growing.

I also dress in green today.

I blend in.

Today I am part of the landscape.

Oh I never knew that New Moons, had names too! Thank you.

I always remember Georgie thinking to himself, that Lucia {'Make Way For Lucia'} had not Saluted The New Moon... and so that was why she was having some sort of *bad luck.* :-)

And when our Granddaughter was here with us, during the day, and very young... I always reminded her to Salute The New Moon. :-)

Hi Mari-Nanci,
The New Moon did not have a name until I named them! Those that would like to use my New Moon names are welcome to. I have named all of them now!
It has been fun to do so.
I agree "Salute" the new moon what ever you choose to call her.
Teaching the children about the moon is a nice way to introduce them to the stars too. I enjoy stargazing very much.
