Sweater time again

The wind came from the north.
I went in for a sweater.
The red Asiatic Lilies are blooming.
The Blue Jays are the only blue colored bird in my backyard.
We planted the oats last night.
I have never grown oats.
I started the oat journal.

Dear Sherry, thank you for saying that my photos in my 'Photos-City-Mine' are like a walking tour of my city. That's what I wanted to do... Well, what other photos-of-cities do. Show this and that.

And once in a while, show the not perfect. Which there is always some of... everywhere.

We too have had showers..well torrents really!!
But they are so welcome, everything in the garden is greener, and the birds appreciate it too,
more worms..LOL
Your hummingbird is lovely, I hope I get them again this year.

Sherry,

We've had sweater & coat weather in the past week - the hummingbirds left for a while. Now they are back :o)

I know blue jays aren't very nice but I'd love to watch them at my house.

Dear Mari-Nanci,
You have inspired me to do photos of my city scape.
Your area is lovely and I am sure is changing every day. Perhaps "perfect" is the process of becoming.

Hi Sheila,
Spring rains can be heavy!
I have concern when flooding does so much damage. It is part of building on the flood plain.
I bet your gardens are lush,
green and more green in every shade.

Hi Mary,
I really am enjoying this cool down. The low last night was 50 degrees. Nice after high humidity and too hot for the middle of May temps. The Hummers are so gorgeous. I can, and do, watch them for hours.
