Southern Magnolia

The Southern Magnolia Tree
stands 40 feet tall in my neighbor's side yard.
I visit this tree on my daily walk.
It has a slight scent and is hardy to -24 degrees Fahrenheit (-31 Celsius).
This morning when I was taking photos, of this magnificent tree,
the male Hummingbird flew in.
Back in my own backyard I saw the American Snout butterfly.
This is the first time I have seen one!
I am hoping to get an opened wing photo.
