Lunar Eclipse

We drove to the highest spot we knew of that had a view of the horizon.
We waited for the Full Worm Moon to rise.
She was already eclipsed.
It was beautiful.
We finished the eclipse at home on the driveway.

In my Blog you commented; "I walked on the beach with you just now. I smelled sweet flowers and listened to the Hummingbird. Thank you."

And thank you very much for making your comment. And for walking the beach with me. :-)))

And I found another comment of yours. "What color is your front door? My door is painted yellow."

For years and years, our front door was red. We had to get a new door and... it's still white. We haven't settled on a color. Were considering a gentle gray-ish green. We must decide, when warm weather comes. :-)

"Last summer I planted a climbing rose bush near our bedroom window. With time I hope it will climb right up to the roof!"

What a lovely word picture!!!

Ha! I knew you would get them! Great pics as usual. Well done. It was too cloudy here to even see the moon.

Hello Mari-Nanci,
My husband found a sheltered spot and set up the tripod for me. It was very cold and windy. I was so pleased to have the photos.
I enjoy your posts. I come away form your spot thinking and laughing.
Our front door stayed "wood brown"
for twenty years! I just never could decide what color I wanted. One day while coming home from our daughter's house I just knew our front door should be yellow. I like the look of the English Cottages and gardens. My house and yard are different yet I still want to have a touch of the English charm. The front of our house is covered in English Ivy, some day the back maybe covered in roses. A little bit here and a little bit there and life can be so joyful.

Hi Deb,
Oh, it was fun!
I waited all day for Moon rise.
We found our spot early and took photos of Robins.
Lunar Eclipse was a great show.
Moon beams!

Dear Chris,
I thought about you in the UK!
I did not think the eclipse was going to be visable for you.
Glad you were with me!
It was beautiful as the sun set.
Ahhh...

Hi Naturegirl,
I have been following you about as you post from Florida! Sometimes I feel as if I am right in the boat or on the shore with you. Your photos are wonderful. I have vacationed in the Sunshine State too. Many of the shells I have came from Sanibel.
You do love Nature! Nature loves you back!
The camera and I seem to go everyplace together. Lately I have been doing my chores after sunset!
Looking forward to more adventures with you.
