All over the city the Red Bud Trees show forth their spring display!
They are native to Missouri. The hillsides are scattered with wild trees.
Soon their heart shaped leaves will emerge.

Beautiful tree! I don't think we have them over here in UK. I must watch out for them :-)
Dear Chris,
I do like the Red Bud Trees. Their leaves are heart shaped. Easy to grow and do not require very much pruning. Not a shade tree but nice ornamentals.
