Early Evening

When the Crows begin to fly west it is time for me to start supper.

As the sun begins to set the Cardinals begin to gather. I fix my cup of tea and turn supper to low. I perch up; it is Cardinal time.
I am on Central Standard bird time.

Hi Chris,
Yummmm....
What are courgettes?
We are vegetarians and I am always looking for new veggies and ways of enjoying the fruits of the earth! We like cous cous too.
Looking forward to dinner from the garden. My favorite food!

I think you call them zucchini, a different name but the same taste. We plan to grow some with luck :-)

Dear Chris,
Oh,zucchini. Thank you.
We grow lots of it. Squash bugs are my main problem. I grate up any we cannot eat and freeze it for zucchini muffins in the winter. I grow Black Beauty every year.
You will enjoy garden fresh.
Yummmm
