Some birds we study are not in my area. I shall have to travel to see them.
The Puffins and Auks are very beautiful. I had hoped to see them while in Nova Scotia but they had migrated on to Newfoundland.
I love the Penguins. I have seen them in zoos.
My favorite Penguin is the Blue Penguin also known as the Fairy Penguin. It is small about the size of a sea gull and lives around New Zealand and southern Australia. Someday I shall go and watch these little darlings. Until then I shall read and dream.
