Yellow-shafted Woodpeckers
A pair of Yellow-shafted Woodpeckers were on the ground! They are also known as Common Flickers.
They were finding bugs on the front Maple tree.
I was at my desk when I saw them. The telephoto lens was at the ready.
I have not seen them in the yard before.
