Mocking Bird Lessons

Mocking Bird teaches us to sing our sacred song. To not be afraid to be who we are.
Mocking Bird teaches us to hear the song of others.
So I shall sing a bird song.

Dear Deb,
Oh, Mocking Bird is so funny! I was tickled pink when he flew up at just the right "shadow" time. It did make him pause for a minute. He looked at his shadow and went on. The book I read about the meaning of the birds and animals spoke about the courage of the Mocking Bird. I watched him today take on the Starlings. Brave bird he is. I have also seen the Sparrows peck the Starlings. Today the Hawks came in twice and once the Red Tailed swooped right at the Starlings. They left for the rest of the day, gave Mocking Bird a rest from chasing them.
Thank you for your support. I love sharing the photos of the day. Nice to know you also love the birds.
Sweet bird songs,

Once again, such beautiful photography... you are blessed to live amongst the nature and in the company of your feathered friends.

Just like Harper Lee wrote, to kill a mockingbird is a sin because it only wants to sing for you. The mockingbird is brave.

Hello Saucy,
I am blessed with so many birds and happy days.
I think I may be the only person in the neighborhood who feeds the birds! Having a new bird to learn about is fun but the older friends are the ones I depend on for songs and laughs.
Mocking Bird continues to delight every day.
