Green Monday

All day long I am making choices.

I make thousands each day.
Perhaps even millions.

This morning as I prepare to run my errands
I am aware of my choices.

I choose to carry a stainless steel water bottle.
I filled it with my filtered water and added a lemon.

I choose cloth napkins over paper.

I plan my route.
I need to stop at the market
and the library.

It is raining again.

I will wear my yellow slicker.

I will do puddle jumping!
I choose my attitude.
I choose what I eat and what I grow.
I choose what businesses I support.

My choices make a difference.

i love the water drops on the pansies in the previous post! and thank you so much for the photo!
we do have so many choices, and so often we are not even aware that we are making them, as we go about our busy days - i do hope your library is open, as mine is still closed for easter!

I like this post! Especially that sweet little pansy in a pot. The eggs are pretty too.
Good choices. Happy green monday!

I love reading the way you put things. They sound so logical and easy.
My husband says (of me) give her two choices and we're in trouble! And I know that is so true. But I'm working on it.
Your words and pictures are always so beautiful.

I'm with RainGardener on this. You make it sound so logical. I also do many of the things you mentioned. It is just funny to me that people don't see how easy it is!

It is a simple thing, but each choice has an impact. We are trying to make better choices.
