I cannot believe you have been taking pictures ( seriously) for only four years. You have a gifted eye and a sure hand. Your photos have brought me not only a great deal ofvisual pleasure, but also a kind of spiritual renewal - it is incredibly reassuring to me to see the diverse life in your small corner of the world. When I am tempted to despair, your documentation of the robust bug and bird life you see reminds me of the strength and persistance of life. Thank you for the joy and faith you have brought me! I love the cheeky looking Cardinal and the very striking Flicker (I hope I have the name right), both so different from our birds and of course the Wren which looks much like our own. I have so much enjoyed getting to know the birds from your part of the world and you always seem to get so close to them!
