Sunday Safari

I watched as the Cloudless Sulphur butterfly
drifted out of the Ash tree.

She looked like a leaf as she glided to the Marigolds.

As the morning warmed more butterflies found the Marigolds.
I was careful when I walked to the garden.

Common Buckeyes were sunning in the grass.

I treasure these butterfly days.

I know cold air is moving in.

Soon it will be just me and the birds.

We will carve our Jack-o-lantern this evening.
It has been a relaxing October.
May you have a blessed October 31st.
Trick or treat.
Happy Sunday Safari.

Dear Sherry,

You are so lucky to still have the butterflies with you. Your marigolds serve them well.
I grew some for my father this year. He has saved seeds. Seeds from your seeds :)

It has been a wet day here.....and very mild. The children were here......school tomorrow, so we had a haloween treasure hunt in the garden, in the dark. Such fun.......

Have a lovely weekend....enjoy haloween......boo!

Oh, you still have butterflies!! How lucky you are! You've captured the sunlight through her wings and the marigolds look so rich.

Enjoy the pumpkin carving.
Happy Halloween.

It's been too long since my last visit here Ms. Sherry!

Your posts and photos are as lovely as I remember them being when I visited more often. As the saying goes, "some things never change."

How wonderful to have the butterflies still visiting you, Sherry. I think all our visitors have flown away to warmer areas; we've had several frosty mornings lately, and the cold is moving in. Hope you had a great Halloween.

Piękne motyle i zdjęcia . U nas już prawie wcale ich nie widać. Trzeba czekać do przyszłego roki. Pozdrawiam
