All Saints Day

I awoke to dense fog.
The spirit of Halloween lingered in my gardens.

We are gathering the Jack-o-lanterns.
We are gathering October's joys.
The Celtic traditions stay in my heart.

It is time to celebrate November.
It is time to walk the good red road.
It is time for me to celebrate the
American Indian spirituality.

I am in the butterfly clan.
Changes are coming into my life.
It is my time to step into the world.

Father Sun will burn through the fog
and show me right direction.

My photographs are being published.
It is exciting to emerge.
Happy November!

Your photos deserve to be published Sherry. You must give us more details. Don't leave us hanging in the fog.

Dear Lisa,
A new company based here in Kansas City, "Bird Sing" is interested in my pictures for products! All I do is take pictures and they will be making them into greeting cards and other paper products. They also will be doing all the marketing and sales. I will take some pictures for Corner as soon as the card racks are set up in the retail shops. It is very exciting for me. I know already I am over the rainbow pleased. I approved the first cards a few weeks ago.
There will be a web site with my work available for sale too. Not sure when that goes up.
I am very happy for my birds and butterflies! I just sent in a batch of winter birds on ice and in snow. There are Christmas card orders to fill.
A new adventure for me. A big stepping out.
Namaste,
Sherry

Dear Sue,
Thank you! I am very pleased. The owner of this new card line saw my work on Corner and asked me if he could represent my photographs. I am honored. He is very respectful of my work and the other artists he works with.
It is a new way for me. I am very excited knowing my photographs will be in people's hands. Maybe even hanging on a few walls.
I was going to wait to share my news until the cards were in the racks but I just couldn't wait! Thank you for your continued support and encouragement.
Namaste,
Sherry

Dear Cheryl,
We seldom have fog so when we do I am fascinated. It IS quiet in the fog. Since it was on a Saturday morning there was little traffic so I was able to hear the stillness.

Thank you! I am very pleased with how my pictures were discovered and how "The Bird Sings" will be the company that carries them.
I will post more when they are available to the public.
Thank you for your kind suppport. I
I am very happy to have a new career. I will see where this adventure takes me.
Namaste,
Sherry

Dear Marmee,
The fog was so heavy I could barely see. I loved it!
This morning we also had a heavy fog. The trees were dripping with fog. I took more photographs too, LOTS more!
I bet some of these will show up on slide show Friday and maybe even a "suitable for framing" card.

Dear Barbara,
Thank you. The fog adds just the right touch to the Autumn traditions.
We have had some very lovely, warm afternoons. I think this is one reason so much fog.
I am over the rainbow pleased my work has found its way into the market place.
I actually think about the photgraphs and if they would be good for publishing! I also still enjoy doing the bird and bug portraits to share here!

Oh Sherry, I am soooooooo very very happy for you!! I am dancing in the leaves, cheering in the smokey autumn air for you!!
How wonderful to emerge. To have your work recognized. You do deserve it. It will be so much fun. And when work is fun - you are truly enriched.

Your mist looks enchanting and spooky - just the way I like it. It changes the energy, and softens the world.

Yippeeeeee!
