Thank you, Sherry :-) Just what I needed after a hectic week. Who is the artist singing? Very restful, I just want my sofa and a glass of wine in front of the fire now :-)

Lovely Sherry. Once again, the perfect music to accumpany the pictures. Thank you for the great idea of scouring the second hand shops for picture mats. Have a wonderful weekend.

Dear Lisa,
You made a fun comment! Thanks for the chuckles...
My husband has been singing this song for over a week!
I find I am humming it as I go about my work.

Dear Chris,
You are welcome! They are fun!
The artist is Paula Cole. This rendition is from "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil".
Relax and enjoy Autumn....

Dear Sue,
LOL!! TGIF! I was debating since I already did a slide show for Halloweeen if I would do one for today. I could feel your support and this was a quick one!
With so many trees in my yard and neighborhood photos are easy to get.
It is a restful, hypnotic song...
Thanks,
Have a restful weekend!

Dear Deb,
No birds or butterflies this time!
You are welcome. I wanted to tell you about these really cute tea cosies made from sweaters I saw. I thought of you and Kate and your craft show. Thrift store sweaters would work so nicely.

Dear Sherry,

I sat with my chin cupped in my hands - enjoying this sweet lullaby. Your music selection is so serene and nice...

You are an artist.

I'll rest well when I view it again before bedtime.

Hugs,
Mary

Dearest Sherry,

The leaves are beautiful, and oh the song is so perfect. I never would have guessed that was Paula Cole! I thought it was Estrud Gilberto. Though it has been a long while since I heard Estrud's music.

It is wonderful tune, so laid back and easy to listen to. Did someone say wine and a fire in the fireplace? I'm there.

I love your slide shows, and so look forward to them.

Blessings, and Happy Weekend!

Dear Mary,
I am so happy Corner gives you rest and relaxation... That pleases me so very much... I never know when I post if the peace I feel comes through. This is a tour of my yard! My neighbor's maple trees and mine are incredibly beautiful this year! I think we peaked in color this week. Some trees are just beginning to drop leaves. My front yard looks November perfect!
I am taking my time putting October decorations away. I am outside with the falling leaves.

Dear Sprite,
Autumn Leaves is a standard! I really like the history of it.
I did a little "Google search" when I decided to do this slide show.
Since I like doing the slide shows so very much I think I will do up a few and start a slide show blog come January. I will still do Slide Show Friday here but having a "video" room might be very fun!
There are some that I would like to do that are too long for Corner!
I also would like to experiment.
Enjoy the Autumn leaves this weekend.
Cheers!
Sherry

Dear Mon@rch,
Thank you.
This has been the most beautiful Autumn I have ever seen. It has been warm and the leaves have lingered on the trees.
I do not have the wide open landscape like you, just a city lot, but it is bright and beautiful!
