Hello

Who are you?

I met this bug yesterday.

Today he was in the Butterfly bush.
I do not know his name.

Hello Q
I see I have lots of catching up to do on your blog. I see lots and lots of gorgeous photos I've missed while I was away. Mr. Bug looks interesting! I am sure you will find out his name :-}
While I was away, I was nominated for a Nice Matters blog award, and am to pass it on to 7 other Nice blogs ... of course, I can't think of a NICER blog than yours!

That front-on face view is amazing! I love it- I think it would make a cool poster!

Dear Sherry,

He almost looks like he has a hawk feather from the side perspective.

Interesting bug!

Dear Deb,
Hope you had fun on vacation!
Thank you for Nice Matters Award. I can think of lots of wonderful blogs that are very nice indeed!
I think you named a few I enjoy!
I thought bug was very interesting.
I still do not know what kind of flying wonder he is!
I need a better field guide of insects.
Enjoy catching up with all the blogs. So many wonderful and talented people are in our neighborhood.

Dear Chris,
I should have issued a warning!
No nightmares! He is rather small and I do not know if he is a stinging bug or just a strange body bug.
We do need all the bugs.
I like bugs...
When I get my macro lens I will be able to get even more bitty bugs. I will issue bug alerts!

Dear Lynne,
Posters, tea-shirts, coffee mugs, I could go into production.
OR, I could sell bug photo!!!
I liked the eye to lens photo. It made me laugh.
Bugs can be very funny.

Dear Sprite,
I was happy when I was able to get a side view. I thought maybe my husband would be able to id bug for me. He did not know.
There is a great bug id place online so I might send in my bug and see if they can id for me.
Very Interesting....

Dear Mary,
I hope he likes me and is a friendly bug.
I have great respect for the insects. without them we would die.
I am very concerned about the honey bees. They are in big trouble.

Dear Naturegirl,
They are Nature's wonders!
I do not like ants in the kitchen but I do like bugs outside.

Don't know why but the first bug photo reminded me of an aging rock star in shades getting ready to belt out another of his old hits.
Love your photos!
