Love the frost on the dandilion clock :-) Were you up early to catch it or did the frost last a long time?

Hi Sheila,
We are facing record breaking cold temps this weekend. The blooms are struggling. I am keeping my spirits up by remembering all the seeds I have to sow once May comes.
My fingers are crossed the peonies rebound. They were in bud when the cold front came in.
The pansies were nipped as were the violas!
The birds are needing fresh unfrozen water every day and lots of extra seed since the bugs are back in hiding.
I am waiting for spring to resurect.
Happy Easter!
Sherry, who believes in life after April frosts.

Dear Chris,
Thank you for calling the Dandilion seed head a "clock".
I love that!
A dandy clock!
The frost has been staying until noon or mid-afternoon!
Our daytime highs have barely risen over freezing!
Brrr....Rabbit April.

Dear Naturegirl,
Snow and cold is no April fun.
I so hope when your Spring does come it is not nipped.
I am getting some use out of my spring coats and my pink leg warmers.
I need to find a warm pink hat as it is too cold to go outside bare headed!
Happy Easter,
Sherry

Dear Pat,
Thank you for including me in your "Thinking Blogger Award"!
I am so tickled.
Glad you enjoy the photo essays.
I have fun doing them. I have learned so much this past year about light and movement.
Being one with nature is a beautiful way to live.
Blessings,
Sherry
